Our Structure
The Corporation is governed by a board of directors consisting of credit union system and provincial government representatives. The board composition supports a self-regulated approach, whereby credit union system representatives and provincial government representatives work together to support a strong, viable credit union system and to ensure that deposits held in Saskatchewan credit unions are safe and secure.
Reporting to the Corporation’s board of directors is a general manager who oversees the Corporation’s operations.
